Afterward, I gained a lot of weight all over, and just living felt hard, but using the surgery as a starting point, I went on a diet and became much healthier! For breast fat grafting, I heard that if you do liposuction and remove all the fat, the major downside is that later there may not be enough fat left to use for fat grafting, so I stored it in my breasts :)
