I had before-and-after nose surgery + fat grafting to my forehead and front cheekbones together, so my face gained more dimension and my features became more defined. Every time I took a selfie, editing was a must but now it’s to the point where I don’t really need to edit separately. My nose, which used to look spread out, has become slimmer, and since I also had rhinitis surgery, the nasal congestion symptoms I had have improved a lot. My nose was always blocked, so I only breathed through my mouth, and my throat often hurt, but now I can breathe well through my nose lol
Compared to last month, a lot of the swelling has gone down, so it looks more natural, and as the swelling went down, the height of my nose became very sli~ghtly lower, which is a bit disappointing, but I like that it looks like my original nose lol
