For the line, instead of projecting the nasal tip more now, we decided to replace the silicone with a higher one and use costal cartilage. It would be raised a bit more than the existing height, and fortunately my skin thickness is on the moderate side, not too thin, so they said they could raise it into the straight-with-slight-curve nose line I want. The consultant was also good with care, so for now I went ahead and put down a reservation deposit.

I still don’t know where I’ll get revision rhinoplasty.. But just in case, I figured I might choose one of these, so I put deposits down at all of them. Everyone here who has had revision rhinoplasty, is there anyone who had it done at one of the places I visited? I want to share estimates
