2 years ago, I had nostril/alar base reduction, correction of alar drooping, and columellar grafting together My original nose was kind of... round, low, and wide-looking, with really large nostrils, so I was always stressed about itㅠ The director recommended it, saying that for a nose like mine, tip surgery would look more natural and pretty than raising the nasal bridge a lot, so I did it Honestly, the cost was on the higher side, so I thought about it, but since I was going to do it anyway, I wanted to do it properly So I just went ahead with it, and now that time has passed, I’m so satisfied that I feel it would have been worth paying even more lol I originally don’t really like an obvious plastic-surgery look, and a flashy style doesn’t suit me, so I just wanted to fix only what was necessary, and it turned out so natural that people around me complimented me, saying I somehow looked more refined lol When I tell them I had nose surgery and show before-and-after photos, they’re really surprised and say it changed so much, but how can it look this natural

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
