Before <front view and slightly side view before surgery><Look how my midface looks shorter... crazy> Wow, after a long, long period of endurance, it has been a little over one month since my revision rhinoplasty.. First, before the revision rhinoplasty, my condition was: severely deviated nose from the front / long nose / nose very high and large + slight hump. That was my situation, and because the deviated nose was severe, and I thought this would be the last time, I worried a lot because of the pain and scar, but in the end I did it with autologous costal cartilage haha The pain from the autologous costal cartilage got okay by the 3rd day, but laughing or coughing was death.. My swelling was really severe, so when I went to the hospital to get the splint removed, I got a swelling injection, and why can I not forget how painful that was.. hahaha For now, what I’m really satisfied with is that the deviated nose and the asymmetric nostrils were corrected well? And since my long nose became shorter, definitely my face looks more compact and smaller, and I feel like I look a little younger? I lowered the nasal bridge and raised the nasal tip. I’m realizing all over again that facial proportions really need to fit well. It has only been one month now, but seeing the residual swelling gradually go down more and more, I think at two months I’ll meet a nose that feels different from now again :-)
