I was the type whose belly especially stuck out like Namsan. My belly was really bul!ging! It wasn't folded over; it just stuck out like an older man's beer belly.. It wasn't the kind of belly that went in if I tightened itㅠㅠ No matter how much I dieted, this darn belly never went away. So after thinking it over, I decided to get liposuction.
They removed a total of 5100 cc, and after surgery the pain was less than I expected! About the level of soreness after working my abs hard..? The bruising was almost gone by around 2 weeks, and the swelling was mostly gone by about a month and a half. There is a little scarring, but well.. it was an incision, so I think it can't be helped!
They say the compression garment line continues after surgery, and I think that's true. As you can see in the photos, I already had a line from the compression garment! And when I exercised along with it, my body shape really changed.
At first, I worried a lot and was scared because liposuction is surgery, but after seeing the results, I slightly regretted not doing it sooner.. In the end, I got my arms done too, and it's been about 3 weeks since the arm surgery.
If anyone is considering liposuction, I'll honestly recommend it. If you're confident you can manage yourself well, I think it's the best dieting method.
