I finally got the lower lateral canthoplasty I’d been waiting for today (+photos added!)

Before<Before surgery.... My eyes weren’t exactly unattractive, but my small, clam-like eyes had always bothered me...>After<Obviously in an “I’m in pain” state haha... I didn’t have huge expectations, but I think it turned out really well, so I’m satisfied>After<Added a photo from day 3!>I’d really wanted lower lateral canthoplasty for 7 years, but back then there was so much talk like “it’ll definitely reattach,” “the surgical method is cutting out and removing eye tissue,” “it’ll gape open,” and stuff like that, so I was too scared to do it... But now that it’s the end of the year, I thought, as I get another year older, I’ll only get busier, and I should look pretty while I’m still young and can raise the value of my appearance. If not now, when will I become pretty!! So I chose one of the two clinics I’d been considering for 3 years and got lower lateral canthoplasty today (partial photo-provision event)! I’ve had nose surgery too.... um.... in terms of difficulty, nose surgery is harder, and in terms of pain, eye surgery seems more painful Nose surgery was only hard because I couldn’t breathe for a few days, and the incision area was very small so it didn’t hurt much, but with lower lateral canthoplasty the tissue is delicate, so it hurts so much right now.... I’m the type who swells and bruises easily to begin with, so I look really awful right now lolololol Still, I feel like I’ve escaped those hellish small, clam-like eyes, so I’m so happy, and I like the line much more than I expected!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually, I prepared photos to show the director, but the director asked what was bothering me, so I said I hated that my eyes looked small and stuffy. Then he said he would open them up as much as possible within what could be done, and since I don’t know better than the expert, I asked, “Does that mean you’ll make it suit me and look pretty as you see fit?” and he said he’d make it pre~tty as he saw fit, so I couldn’t even show him the photos I prepared.... haha The surgery started with sedation anesthesia, so while I was seriously groggy, I kept whining to the director as he was suturing my eyes, saying, “Director... you have to... make them pretty.... they can’t be... uneven....” lol The director comforted me, saying, “Eyes are never perfectly symmetrical to begin with~ But I’ll still make them pretty~” lololololol He was kind.... After everything was done, he told me to open my eyes wide upward, then said, “Wow~ this turned out really pretty~” So I said, “Really...? Thank you, director...” and got moved to the recovery room lololololol Wow, but seriously, it pulls so much and hurts so much I bought and took separate painkillers, and I also took Dangguixu-san, a medicine containing bromelain, and hemorrhoid medicine I had at home (hemorrhoid medicine is originally effective for reducing swelling), but I’m still swollen and bruised haha.... Still, I’m relieved because I think the canthoplasty turned out pretty! So far, it doesn’t seem like I have conjunctival edema either? I want to get the stitches removed soon... I plan to come back and write updates regularly. Everyone wants lower lateral canthoplasty a lot, but people are scared and worry a lot that it’ll fail... It’s still only my first day, but I’m already this swollen, so I’m worried about what tomorrow and the day after will be like I’m writing this in the hope that it’ll be even a little helpful to people considering surgery!
