I did it about 5 years ago, and I did it together with my mom. Maybe because my mom is a bit older, the fat under her eyes clumped up. In my case, it became really smooth, so I'm very satisfied! The fat I'd had since my student days flattened out.. But as I got older, dark circles did appear, so I got dark circle filler again
