I visited to look into a mini lower blepharoplasty or under-eye fat repositioning. I went because it came up a lot when searching for hospitals specializing in plastic surgery side effects.
The conclusion was: plastic surgery is not something to do lightly. (I think the same.) If you do not do it, that is fine, but if you do it and side effects occur, it is hard. And the doctor showed many surgery review photos from 2013 and seemed confident. But they did not explain in detail how the surgery for the area I needed would be performed.
First, they said they would perform laser fat restoration surgery, sending the under-eye fat back into place through the conjunctiva, and said skin laxity could be handled with laser. The price was about twice that of other hospitals, and the laser fee was separate.
Since there really are not many recent photos, I said I was curious, and they said they do not keep photos because patients do not want it. (The consultant said this.) Seeing how other hospitals give discounts if you leave photos, I wondered if that might be why. Most of all, I am scared, but I liked the local anesthesia (fewer side effects), conjunctival incision (no scar), and the director's philosophy.... But there are just no reviews at all. I honestly want to meet someone who has had laser fat restoration here.ㅜㅜ
