About a little over a year ago, I had functional and cosmetic surgery together They didn’t even put nasal packing in, so recovery after surgery was really good They used silicone and septal cartilage, but now a boundary has formed between the silicone and cartilage I was going to have revision surgery, but they suggested using umbilical dermis So I haven’t done it, but I wonder if I have to live like this forever
