First, it seems the latest weekday consultation reservation time is 6 PM.
I had asked for the latest possible weekday slot.
The consultation manager felt very polite.
I asked not only about rhinoplasty but also about my eyes,
and they answered that it would probably be right to do the nose, which is the central feature, first and then consider the eyes afterward. It felt conscientious??
I went here because people in a cafe said the director was famous,
and the explanation on the functional side really showed deep expertise and was the best.
Based on the cause of my rhinitis, the needed treatment direction,
and the 1-year results of their own surgeries, they explained the complete recovery probability for each symptom,
and even said that for parts where I might not need to take on an additional surgical burden functionally later,
those could improve after solving other issues,
so we should decide after watching the progress.
It was really clearly resolved.. Their functional expertise is no joke..
For the nose itself, at the beginning of the consultation they asked whether function or aesthetics was more important,
and asked about the ratio.
I said function,
so they recommended a direction of covering only the weakness (bulbous nose) without an implant.

The consultation here was scheduled for 7 PM.
First, I was surprised because the hospital was huge and there were so many people.
On top of that, there were only handsome men and pretty women there,
so I felt like I had come to Olympus.
A hospital where you can feel the system is really well set up.
KakaoTalk inquiries, floor-by-floor separation, staff guidance, and so on.
It was so clean and systematic that I liked it.
The consultation manager was a very friendly style.
They approached me warmly and said things like, so you have these concerns,
from what I can see~~~ and so on, in a friendly way.
But that absolutely does not mean they were impolite!
I mainly asked about my nose, and said I was also concerned about my eyes and jaw,
and instead of feeling like they were saying do this and don’t do that,
they gave comprehensive recommendations, saying the nose could go in this direction, the eyes in this direction, and the jaw in this direction, and that it would improve.
Honestly, every celebrity nose I looked at was pretty,
so I brought a photo of an idol who was supposedly voted No. 1 in some poll,
and after looking at the photo, they said they would match me with a director who would suit me.
Here, the functional director consultation and aesthetic director consultation are separate.
Functional director
Overall, it was almost the same as B SH ENT,
but they did not mention 2 symptoms,
so I wondered, huh?? But both were included later.
Maybe they did not explain them separately because they are parts that come along during surgery.
And for one symptom, the treatment method differed from B SH ENT,
but after coming home and searching intensely, both methods seem to be safe and officially recognized!
Aesthetic director
First, they asked why I wanted plastic surgery. Concerns?? Or complexes??
But I said I was doing the nose while getting rhinitis surgery.
After looking at the photo,
they looked at my overall facial lines and impression,
and said that rather than a androgynous or slim nose like an idol’s,
a masculine nose would suit me better.
That was something I really agreed with... Of course idol noses are pretty,
but if it doesn’t suit me, then it’s pointless..
For my eyes, they diagnosed that I really had slight ptosis,
so they recommended non-incisional eye shape correction. Since I knew I had ptosis,
it was a satisfying eye consultation!
For the jaw, they said that if we were going for a masculine feel with the nose,
my jaw was one that did not necessarily need to be touched.
That is the end.
Both hospitals contacted me by KakaoTalk and phone, asking me not to be late.
I guess many people are late for their schedules.. Everyone, let’s not be late, because it’s basic manners..
