Footwork review for my second nose surgery

ㅇㄷ(ㅊㅇㄷ)

I had my first nose surgery over 20 years ago, and I had surgery at a local clinic after hearing they were good, but it went wrong, so 10 years later I had revision surgery at a plastic surgery clinic. They say using L-shaped silicone became illegal after 2000, but even though I had my revision surgery after 2000, they still operated on me with L-shaped siliconeㅠㅠ Because I had L-shaped silicone in for such a long time, my skin became very thin, so they said they would slightly lower it from the current height, raise the nasal tip area slightly compared to now, and make it a straight-to-slightly-curved style. FitMeNose custom silicone for the nasal bridge They said my nasal septum has some damage, so it seems like it should not be touched any further, and they recommended autologous costal cartilage. (Because my nose is not in good condition and I have had several sinusitis surgeries, they recommended safer autologous costal cartilage rather than donated rib cartilage. They said my nose was badly damaged from having surgery done the old way.) They also talked about adjusting the nasolabial angle because it is too sunken. At the reserved time, I filled out a questionnaire, had a CT scan, consulted with the consultant, then had a consultation with the director and another consultation with the consultant, and that was it. The wait time for the director was not very long. The consultant was kind too, and the director was really comfortable to talk to and kind. Since it was FitMeNose plus autologous costal cartilage, the price was ㄷㄷㄷ.
