That clinic only does alar base reduction, but I feel like they overoperate too much

The more I think about alar base reduction, the more I feel like I was an easy customer~ It’s a place that calls itself an alar base specialty clinic, and the consultation fee is 10,000 won... fine, I’ll let that slide since the consultant explained things for almost an hour.. But I went just to reduce my alar base, and they added alar base reduction, alar rim lifting, and on top of that something called curvature correction, where they put dissolvable threads into the nasal ala~ With all that, the priceㅋㅋㅋ the estimate was similar to full nose surgery... I don’t like the shape from the alar base reduction either, and the director reduced it naturally however he wanted, so I’ve been devastated by the result and having a hard time.. Recently, while I was touching my nostrils to stretch them, I could feel the thread... And what I thought wasㅋㅋㅋ why did I pay 1.2 million won to put thread in here... It really feels excessive.. Since it was my first surgery, I thought it would turn out well if I did what they recommended, so I put it on installments.. Every time an installment payment went out, I felt sick inside... There must be many people who want a natural-looking alar base reduction.. Please look into it carefully before surgery... What I regret the most is that at an alar base specialty clinic, I asked about the nasal bridge and nasal tip.. Thereㅋㅋㅋ after looking at my nose, they said if silicone went into my bridge I’d look like an Avatar.. and that my tip skin was thick so it wouldn’t even show; the best option was alar base reduction for nearly 3 million won. I got surgery as if I were possessed, but they made too many incisions in my nose, so the balance collapsed and my nose got ruined... On top of that, without any thought of correcting even a little asymmetry, they made the same incisions, and since the flesh under my nose disappeared, my nose looks crooked... I feel like I’ve become depressed.. Everyone, please look into things carefully. For people with bulbous noses, I think just getting surgery is the right choice.
