There was blood pooling on the day my splint was removed, so they drained it once. Right now, on the septum side, one side feels wide open but the other side is swollen and extremely uncomfortable. This probably isn’t just normal swelling, right? People who’ve had nose surgery, please share some info Is it possible for only one side inside the nose to swell a lot after removing the splint..?
