Progress at 4 months after surgery. It is gradually settling into place a lot. I didn’t have alar reduction; I only had extension by raising the nasal tip, so it naturally became smaller. Nasal fat removal was also performed. Nostril asymmetry also improved, and issues such as nasal valve collapse were improved too.
