If I get my nose implant removed, will the uneven nostrils and the visible nasal tip all get better right away? Even before surgery, my nostrils were slightly uneven, but it got worse after surgery. If I remove it, will it go back to how it was originally? But even if it has been a long time since the surgery, can it go back to my natural nose?
