Before<Before the procedure><3 months! (27y, wearing XS pants..)>I did unlimited LAMS on my thighs and finally finished the 3-month care period.. I lost 6 kg in total, and I can’t believe the gap between my thighs has become this wide.. I think going once a week for aftercare helped me at least reach my goal.. But now it’s really up to me, so I’m worried..! The doctor removed a lot, and at my last procedure last week, he said there was still room for them to get thinner. Going forward, would it be better to get a little more treatment bit by bit, or just get medication prescribed and try controlling my diet only..? Once it has been more than 3 months after unlimited LAMS, how do people usually maintain it..? Everyone who has had unlimited LAMS for more than 3 months, please share your best maintenance tips..
