For those who have tried it, how was the effect?? I’m debating whether I should do it with a laser or get under-eye fat repositioning surgery Encore seems to be a laser treatment. Has anyone tried it? They say if you do this, there isn’t much swelling and you can go to work,, I’m also curious whether there are any side effects,, Which would be better?
