Hello. In 2010, I had double eyelid surgery (inline) due to ptosis, along with epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty, but the ptosis (uneven eyes) was not corrected, and I was left with an outline double eyelid and epicanthoplasty scars.
Because of ptosis (uneven eyes with different eye-opening strength on both sides), I am trying to have my eyes redone, and I was told that to do that, the order should be epicanthoplasty restoration (purpose: scar removal) first, so I am currently going to hospitals for consultations.
Reason I need to do epicanthoplasty restoration first and then revision eye surgery: They say that if I do epicanthoplasty restoration after revision double eyelid surgery, the double eyelid line may change. Reason I want epicanthoplasty restoration: depressed scars and white scars from epicanthoplasty (I want to keep the shape and lacrimal caruncle length as they are, and only remove the existing scars)

At ㅁㅇㅌ, they said that if they try to remove the scar area, the lacrimal caruncle would likely be covered a lot, so it would be difficult.
Since scar removal is the purpose, I am looking for a hospital where the scar after restoration will also be minimal. If there are good hospitals or hospitals to avoid for epicanthoplasty restoration intended to remove existing epicanthoplasty scars while keeping the shape and lacrimal caruncle length as they are, please share.
