You can only consult with the consultant, then go to the bed and meet the doctor. I'm satisfied with the procedure itself, but I think I would have been more satisfied if I had consulted with the doctor before the procedure. They do the filler procedure itself well, and it's been over a year since I had it done, but maybe because it suits me, it hasn't spread and is still holding up
