Since I don’t have much eyelid fat, I decided on natural adhesion after consulting with the doctor! I wanted a natural-looking line, so I emphasized over and over that I wanted it done naturally, and the surgery really did turn out natural. Even right after surgery, I had almost no swelling. However, even though I wanted a natural line, now that a few years have passed, there are times when it looks almost like an inner double eyelid. So there are times when I consider revision surgery. When setting the line, I think it would have been okay to place it slightly higher while still keeping it natural. Still, they really did a good job making it look natural. People don’t know I had surgery unless I tell them! Since it was natural adhesion, I didn’t have to get stitches removed separately, so it was convenient. Personally, other than being dissatisfied that the line became low, I didn’t have any particular side effects or problems.
