This is my 4-month review after having surgery with Director Choo Sung-cheol at Jeonjeonhuhuhudiday Plastic Surgery. I wanted a more defined eye shape, so I had natural adhesion double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction. I went there on a recommendation from an acquaintance, and the thing I was most worried about was cases where the surgeon changes hands during surgery, so I chose D-Day because I felt most reassured about that! Since there is only one director, I felt I could trust them. Now that time has definitely passed, the swelling has gone down, and the pulling sensation in my eyes and the awkward feelings I had after surgery have almost disappeared! With ptosis correction, I did feel my muscles being pulled, and after surgery I often felt like my double eyelids were tucked in. But these days, I barely feel anything to the point where I wonder, do I even have double eyelids...? And I’m not sure if this is related to the passage of time, but after surgery I had a lot of eye discharge, so every morning when I woke up, removing the eye discharge was a whole task. Now the amount has decreased a lot. I don’t really have any discomfort, and I don’t think I’ve felt anything I could call a side effect. I should have just gotten the surgery sooner instead of only thinking about it for over 3 years. I’m so, so satisfied that I had the surgery!
