My surgery was the first slot today at 10:30, so I came to the clinic at 9:30, and when I came out it was 2:30 p.m.!! I asked the consultant, and they said the surgery went until 12:45. I thought it would take about 1 to 1.5 hours, but I guess it's a surgery that takes over 2 hoursㅠㅠ
There still isn't much swelling, so it's okay, and it doesn't hurt at all! But since they said the incision area was slightly incised, it feels kind of throbbing?? My arms won't go up higher than shoulder level.
The clinic said the compression garment has to be worn 24 hours a day for 3 days, so I should take it off after 3 days.. But some people take off the compression garment and take photos on day 1ㅠㅠ I guess it depends on the person or the clinic? They say it swells more on days 2-3, so I'll come back to leave an update.
