Review of Male Hump Nose Surgery

Above all, the clear explanation that the nasal tip could not be raised very much because of my skin elasticity and thickness and the short length of my columella was a major reason I decided on surgery. The introduction got long, but to say the conclusion first, I am extremely satisfied! The large hump, drooping nasal tip, pinched-looking nostril shape, and severely deviated and crooked nose were all corrected. At this point, it almost feels like they removed my nose and attached a new one. I am especially very satisfied that the crooked nose, which the director paid attention to from the consultation, was corrected. When I went to consultations at other clinics, they often told me it was deviated, so I just thought, I guess so.. and only hoped for improvement from the side view, but if the deviation had been left as it was, I really think I might have needed revision surgery. It felt like he was more serious about my nose than I was. As an aside, I guess I may not be suited to surgery because I swelled so much that it was hard to breathe for 1-2 weeks, but the clinic took very good care of me afterward with swelling injections, swelling laser treatments, and so on. It was so severe that one week after surgery I even had a procedure to drain pooled blood (the director also said it had been a really long time since he had done that). Both the manager and the director communicated well even after the surgery, so I was able to recover without worry. It was my first time seeing a clinic where the director personally called because he was concerned. (Though this was also my first surgery.) Because of all this, even though there is still swelling at the nasal tip at one month, I think once that all goes down, it will really feel like my own nose. Ah, since I prioritize safety + naturalism, I had surgery without implants, and for the nasal tip they used ear cartilage and septal cartilage; for the nasal dorsum and bridge, they used hump reduction, osteotomy, and fascia from behind the ear! I think it is important not to have anything unpleasant left over after surgery. During the swelling reduction process, there were times when I became sensitive about my nose changing day by day like the main character in The Beauty Inside, but time was the answer.
