For graft materials, autologous graft materials (septal cartilage, ear cartilage, postauricular fascia) were used, the hump was treated with osteotomy, and the nasal tip was lifted. (Additional details: specifically, implant-free rhinoplasty using autologous tissue, hump nose, osteotomy, bulbous nose, long nose, nostril & columella) The price was 4.57 million won, and I am currently on day 17.
The photos were taken in as similar an environment as possible for good comparison, and were not edited.

I visited a total of 5 hospitals for in-person consultations, and the cheapest among them was 3.3 million won; the place I chose was 4.57 million won, the most expensive. Because they fixed the nose that was my complex and had given me trauma, I do not feel the money was wasted. The downside is that my nasal tip still feels tightly swollen, so even if my nose runs, I do not feel it at all. Also, it is still uncomfortable to breathe through my nose, so my lips get extremely dry. They said swelling takes more than 1 month to go down, so I will wait patiently.
[Simple tips for rhinoplasty] 1. Figure out whether the nose really is the problem. I recommend trying edits through Photoshop. In my case, when I changed only my nose, I got the face I wanted. (To fix more, I would basically have had to overhaul everything... so doing only the nose was the most cost-effective.) After surgery, my mom and older sister saw my nose and asked me to edit theirs too, so I tried it, but when I changed their noses, they actually looked stranger.
2. Visit at least 4 places in person This means at least 4 places after first selecting reasonable places through online research, then going in person. In particular, when looking at hospital review photos, I recommend going to places where the preoperative nose looks similar to yours. (However, be careful because some hospitals manipulate review photos!) In my case, I was more satisfied with private clinics than large hospitals in terms of consultation and trust. If you go to many in-person consultations, doctors sometimes explain improvement directions you had not thought of, which is good.
3. Avoid deciding on the same day if you are not certain. Most hospitals said they would make it cheaper as an event price if I decided on the same day. (I had a delusional thought that maybe the cheaper price is actually the original price, and the undiscounted price includes the consultation fee..) If you decide on the same day, canceling is troublesome, so avoid it if you are not certain. I am saying this because I canceled twice, so I know how troublesome it is and how sorry you feel when canceling....
4. Think again after deciding on the surgical hospital Even if you are a cautious person, cosmetic surgery is related to personal complexes, so you inevitably become emotionally vulnerable. Since I am not an expert, it can feel like every doctor's opinion from every hospital I visited is correct. In my case, one of the reasons I canceled was because of implant (silicone) use. At first I resigned myself, thinking, “Yeah.. my nose is serious, so maybe in the end there is no way not to use silicone..” but after coming home and organizing my thoughts, when I thought about 20 years later, it just did not seem right. So I went to more in-person consultations, and there were places that said it was possible without an implant, so I changed.
5. Assume the worst-case scenario (surgical failure) I considered even surgical failure, but in my case I thought my original nose was the worst, so I had surgery with the mindset that it would be okay even if the desired shape did not come out after surgery. I think my mindset was that even if it was not the best, it would be okay as long as it was the lesser evil. That is probably why I am more satisfied now. I hope everyone makes a careful decision.
