My nose from my first surgery in 2015... I only had silicone + AlloDerm, but the nasal tip drooped and became shaped like a parrot beakㅠㅠ Today I went to consultations at two clinics to look into revision surgery. Both places said the silicone needs to be replaced, and that lifting the nasal tip with cartilage would be enough. They said that, among revision cases, mine is not a very difficult one. But while reading posts in this community, I saw that a lot of people remove silicone. Even if there is no inflammation, if it has been in for a long time, do you eventually need revision surgery again??? I really don't want to have surgery again.. but since I'm already opening it up, I'm wondering a lot whether I should remove it ㅠㅠ Please give me advice ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
