Questions about epicanthoplasty restoration clinics, please help if you know a lot, extreme complex...

I haven’t had epicanthoplasty, but naturally I have a complex about the hook-shaped area that is deeply sunken below where the aegyo-sal cuts off, and the long downward epicanthal fold. My lacrimal caruncle exposure is appropriate, but slightly on the high side? It feels like it would be good if it were closed a bit more. I’m currently going around for consultations and looking at places like ㅇㅂ, ㅁㅇㅌ, ㅂㅌ, ㅅㅋㄹ, and ㅈㄷ. What I’m seriously debating is that, first of all, the surgical methods are different. Among those, ㅇㅂ and ㅅㅋㄹ use reverse-skin, and the others use V-Y. They say reverse-skin leaves more scarring, but it is firmer by that much. Since it even touches the ligament, there’s less worry about it opening up again.. But for eyes like mine, where only the shape changes, they say V-Y is good, and it also scars less; plus the surgery is relatively lighter compared with that!! If looking at it by surgical method, I’m drawn to ㅁㅇㅌ (V-Y) vs ㅇㅂ (reverse-skin) as clinics, but for those who know well, please tell me which would be better for me!! For now, my priorities are the aegyo-sal cutoff/sunken area, the long downward epicanthal fold, and lifting the axis!! With the method and hospital director that leave the least scarring!!ㅠㅠ
