I went to four places yesterday and today, maybe because each clinic has a completely different style. Some places said I need osteotomy and brought up alar reduction, but other places said I absolutely shouldn’t get osteotomy or alar reductionㅋㅋㅋ Since everyone is saying different things, I’m so conflictedㅜㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
