I haven’t had epicanthoplasty, but I have eyes where a lot of the lacrimal caruncle is naturally visible and the inner corners are indented like a hook, which is a complex of mine. It can’t be fixed by widening the inner corners here (the distance is already narrow and there is already lacrimal caruncle exposure), so if I improve this with restoration or micro-restoration, a restoration scar would remain. But would that scar be so noticeable that it would be worse than not doing it…
