I was grateful whenever there were visit reviews written here, so I wrote this review when I had time. I’m honestly such a worrier that I was so anxious about my nose that I even had nightmares, but I’d already left a deposit, so I feel a little calmer now and will write this. Before that, if you’re thinking about rhinoplasty, I think you first need a clear standard of your own. My standards were that the doctor information had to be clearly shown, and I wanted to check the surgery method, CCTV, anesthesiology specialist, aftercare, and whether they take a CT during consultation. If any of those didn’t fit, I just crossed it off. Otherwise it would get too complicated,, haha
I had consultations at 11 places, but 6 were a year ago and 5 were this time, so I’ll only write about the ones I remember clearly!!
1. ㄸㅋ-ㄱㅎㅅ CCTV-o, anesthesiology specialist-o Consultation fee-I don’t remember because it was a consultation from a year ago, but I think there wasn’t one then Surgery method: 4 mm silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage A friend of mine had both eyes and nose done there, and I only had my eyes done. I wanted to look into the nose a little more. My friend turned out really well and is living with a pretty result, and I liked it too, but I was a bit scared to do both eyes and nose together, and since they seemed to be more famous for the eye area, I wanted a hospital known for noses, so I excluded this one.
2. ㅇㅂㄹ-ㄱㄷㅇ CCTV-o, anesthesiology specialist-o Consultation fee-There wasn’t one a year ago, but this time it was 10,000 won // Since it was a re-consultation, when I contacted them they first said the re-consultation was also 10,000 won, but after I canceled once, when my mom reapplied for the re-consultation instead of me, they said the re-consultation was 30,000 won. Surgery method: 2.5 mm to 3 mm silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage I especially liked that the silicone was 3D-printed. Even back then I liked the nose here so much that I agonized over it, and this time I even applied for another consultation. The reviews in this community were really good, and the doctor was very kind and thorough. It felt like a nearly one-hour consultation, and she listened kindly to everything. They do only 1 to 2 surgeries a day, so they prioritize safety, and I’d recommend going if you want natural changes. Even then, I liked that they showed me real before-and-after photos, not photoshopped review images. But in the year since then, it seems to have become hugely popular, the consultation dates were pushed back a lot, and the consultation fee made me hesitate, so I just skipped the re-consultation.
3. ㅎㅌ-ㅎㅅㅊ CCTV-o, anesthesiology specialist-o Consultation fee-X Almost no wait Surgery method: 3 to 3.5 mm silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage The doctor was extremely kind and it was the place that matched all of my desired conditions. I liked all of the photo reviews, so I had bookmarked it, and I liked that they carefully explained how the surgery would proceed and also considered the nose shape that would suit my face. Here, too, the silicone is 3D-printed, and usually many hospitals answer positively when you ask about silicone, but here they also explained well how the surgery would proceed if something went wrong and the silicone had to be removed. On the other hand, it felt like the doctor wanted to finish the consultation a bit quickly. And after seeing the community reviews, I thought I should reconsider this place a bit.
4. ㄷㄹ CCTV, anesthesiology specialist-I can’t remember Consultation fee-0 (I think it was 10,000 won, but because I got a CT it was 30,000 won? I can’t remember this either) Surgery method: silicone, autologous rib cartilage No wait First of all, the doctor is very famous and had a great nose-surgery track record, so I had high expectations for this place. But unfortunately, they said that without donated rib cartilage, the nose shape I wanted would be difficult to achieve. I told them I really only needed the disadvantages improved, but it seemed like they definitely preferred a more noticeable change. If you look at the evaluations here, I saw some comments saying there wasn’t much change after surgery, and I wondered if that was why? They told me that without rib cartilage the surgery would be basically difficult at all, so although it was disappointing, I gave up. Still, the doctor clearly explained what would not be possible and spoke very honestly, so I trusted the place a lot. The manager was also kind and even gave me a useful tip like, if they recommend this kind of surgical method, you should exclude it. I thought it was a place worth visiting for a consultation if it matches your own standards.
5. ㅊㅇ-ㅂㅇㄱ CCTV-o, anesthesiology specialist-I think there wasn’t one Consultation fee-30,000 won including CT Surgery method: 4 to 5 mm silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage Almost no wait During the consultation, they used some kind of instrument to directly check the size of the septal cartilage, and they also looked at the CT. I put on a headband, took photos, and they explained things while looking at those photos. They explained the surgery method well, but I was bothered by the fact that they didn’t give clear answers to the questions I asked. Also, the 분위기 felt like they generally wanted to do surgery with the materials the patient wanted, and to match the shape too. I liked that the doctor said they would personally check everything after the surgery as well. On the downside, maybe they were tired, because their answers weren’t very long. Also, when I reserved in advance, they said the consultation could take about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes, but it ended in about 15 minutes. I may not have asked enough questions, but I think it would have been better if they had explained in more detail. The manager was kind, but kept saying things like I should put down a deposit and come, so I excluded this place.

Surgery method: 3 to 3.5 mm silicone, ear cartilage, septal cartilage, osteotomy Almost no wait First of all, the reviews in this community were so good and the hospital atmosphere was nice too. Also, the fact that they do not run review events and that they specialize only in noses meant I already liked it from the start. Since it’s an ENT clinic, the CT machine was a bit different from the one in a plastic surgery clinic. You can get the CT freely or skip it. I spoke briefly with the manager, and about 10 minutes with the doctor. The doctor was kind and explained everything carefully. On the downside, this was the first place that recommended osteotomy, and I hadn’t thought about osteotomy before, so I was a bit caught off guard. It seemed like they recommend osteotomy a lot. Since I was extremely safety-focused, 3 years of aftercare (and for cosmetic purposes too, if you only pay the anesthesia fee, it’s possible) and direct checking by the doctor were good points, and it seemed like a hospital many people came to by word of mouth, so I left a deposit here. But I didn’t have severe rhinitis, and I didn’t even know I had it, yet they seemed to almost always do functional nose surgery together too (probably because of insurance). And because it was an ENT clinic, even though my purpose was cosmetic, I wondered if something had changed, but the review photos, the overall feeling, and the other conditions were good, so I decided on this place. And when I asked whether it would be possible to proceed without osteotomy, they said it was possible.
7. ㅋㅇ- I can’t remember the doctor’s name, but I think there was only one doctor. CCTV, anesthesiology specialist-I don’t remember Consultation fee-10,000 won Surgery method: silicone, septal cartilage, rib cartilage I waited for an hour before the consultation because the doctor had surgery beforehand. They apologized and took the consultation fee off. I was so exhausted that I couldn’t keep the consultation long, but the doctor apologized and explained everything more carefully. I felt like the doctor performs surgery very meticulously, and it was nice how kind and detailed they were. However, I didn’t have any strong intention to use rib cartilage, so I excluded it. It seemed like they would do other methods too if requested, but they said it would be necessary for a clear change, so unfortunately I left it out. It seemed like a hospital worth visiting for a consultation, and since I already had my mind set on another hospital earlier, I’d recommend going here if the conditions match.
After visiting 11 places, I ended up more confused the more I went around, and honestly I still wonder whether, aside from the place I’ve already left a deposit at, I should go only to a place where absolutely everything feels perfect. But I think it’s a bit hard to find a place like that. Surgery has to be approached carefully, so I hope everyone researches well before getting it done, and I hope this was helpful even a little.. haha
