Days 1-2 Hard to raise my arms, the pain-control injection was removed on the first day, brushing teeth and washing face were possible, pain in the area connecting the armpits and breasts Days 3-7 Showered. My arms can now go up to some extent, zero pain even when sitting for a long time, and I can move my arms freely
