I’m 7 weeks after my second revision :) I was extremely satisfied with my first surgery, but it was L-shaped silicone, so after a long time (15 years), the show-through became severe and I had it removed.
The second surgery was shocking as soon as it was done lololol I was counting the days until the removal day lol I told them more than 10 times to design it so only the show-through at the nasal tip would be corrected from my existing nose, but the director, who had been so sweet and kind, just made it in his own style lololol A pointy nose that anyone would think is pretty, but that I really hate and that does not suit me lol I told them more than 10 times that I hated that kind of shape and liked my existing nose shape lol But my nose got much higher and everything was done however he wanted lol I was absolutely stunned. Silicone + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage After the surgery, my whole face changed, and they were basically like, what do you want us to do about it lol I thought they were mentally ill lol
I was busy, so I couldn’t get a revision after 6 months and had the second revision after 1 year. Silicone + ear cartilage + septal cartilage At first, I wondered if it looked high because of swelling, and the starting point at the glabella was a bit higher than I wanted, so I wondered if I disliked it and wanted to remove everything except the nasal tip. But after the swelling went down, it is not 100%, but I feel like I do not necessarily need to touch it and can just live like this. But just one thing! The nasal tip is too upturned. I know the nose comes down since this is not my first surgery, but this is my first time using septal cartilage. But when I searched, I saw people saying that if septal cartilage is used, it does not come down. I really hate an upturned nose, and I like noses where the nostrils are barely visible. If septal cartilage is used, will it not come down? I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
