I went for a consultation for closed rhinoplasty. They said the surgery would take about 50 minutes... roughly tying the cartilage... dermis for the nasal tip

They had something called... Nose Beam... and this was the only place that did it.. I wondered if maybe the reason other places do not do it is because doing it at only one place actually has no effect.. The consultant felt like they were being careless. And even though it was the same closed approach, I did wonder whether it would actually have any effect.
