I brought my week 8 review! Actually, starting about 2 weeks ago, I suddenly went through a lonely phase, so I met up with friends a lot, you know? I went out for way too many plans, so I barely kept my dietㅠ But still, I don’t know if it’s thanks to the medication or the aftercare, but I was losing weight little by little? So fascinating. Of course, I did control my portions because I knew I had plans.. But maybe it’s just my mood, but since I didn’t diet, it felt like my belly was trying to get full again ㅠ I’m worried. Still, I’m going to go hard again. They said it comes off well until the third month, so I’ll try to hang in there a little longer. Even so, my weight and measurements are continuing to go down! Right now, before and after the procedure, my weight changed from 86.6 kg > 77.1 kg and my circumference from 109.5 > 97.7 cm like this hehe I was really worried about the lumpiness that formed too, but after diligently getting aftercare, it has softened up enough that I feel like it’ll disappear soon! Even though I got a little lax with my self-care, the fact that I’m still losing like this must still be thanks to LAMS, right? Out of everything I did this year, I like this the most hehe. The people at this clinic are so kind too, so I feel good every time I go. They also help motivate me more with dieting. I’ll try harder too. I hope everyone succeeds with their diet!
