Bulbous Nose Surgery

I had revision rhinoplasty with Director Omin in April. He said it would be okay to use the ear cartilage I already had because it was sturdy, and that I didn't need costal cartilage, so he only changed the silicone and reused the same ear cartilage. The revision surgery cost 5.5 million won. I feel like I got scammed. He said there was no need to completely redo everything, and the surgery was over in just an hour. They didn't even put packing inside my nose. After the surgery, I realized it felt like they just wanted to do an easy surgery and make money. He said my ear cartilage was sturdy, but my nasal tip drooped, and when I asked for improvement of my bulbous nose, it became even bulkier than before the revision. I went to an ENT clinic and was told there was inflammation inside my nose too. When I told them my nostril shapes were uneven, the manager there said, lol, they were uneven from the start and that it wasn't their hospital's responsibility. I told them everything I wanted improved when I had the revision, but basically they just pocketed 5.5 million won for nothing. I regret it. The consultation lasted 2 minutes, and he just rushed out saying he was busy. I did it because he was famous, but I seriously regret it so much. It feels like they saw me as an easy target just because they're busy and popular.
