I had it done at a clinic, and overall my body is small and slim, but only my upper arms were so bulky that I was stressed for 2n years. Then I suddenly went for it, had consultations at two places, liked the fitting, made a reservation, and completed the surgery.
To write it all out, it has been one week since the surgery, and I wasn’t in pain from the first day... I was really surprised because it didn’t hurt. On the first day they bandaged me, and the next day I went in for disinfection and to put on the compression garment, then went out because I had plans. It was cold, so thanks to layering clothes, no one noticed, and I even went to a sudden plan the day after that. While disinfecting, they said other people have a really hard time taking the compression garment on and off, and asked if I had someone to help me put it on. Even though I’m the type who bruises and swells easily, it wasn’t hard at all. It just felt like wearing a tight cardigan?? There’s just muscle soreness and what they called the bumpy-hardness phenomenon, and anyway, since I had surgery, that level of discomfort is expected.
I really like that it doesn’t hurt, the clinic atmosphere, and the line, and I just hope the swelling goes down quicklyㅠ
Starting from the consultant, they all feel like older sisters I know. Actually I’m a bit shy, but every time I go, talking with them doesn’t feel burdensome, it’s fun, so my tension just melts away.
I’m timid and worry a lot, so I searched a lot in a short time before going. The reviews were all so good that I was a little suspicious, but it’s funny that I’m writing like this too..ㅎ
Lastly, seeing the director have pride in their work felt reassuring.
