To be honest, I didn’t originally plan on getting 3-part facial contouring! I was stressed because my cheekbones and square jaw were so noticeable from the front and side; Since my square jaw was prominent, my face felt wide... so I went to a clinic for a consultation, and if I was going to do it, I was only thinking of doing 1 procedure,
but my cheekbones and square jaw were so visible from the front that it stressed me out, and even from the side, my face looked wide because of the square jaw, so I was really stressedㅠ Because of this, my face looked big, and I wanted to reduce it just enough so it wouldn’t look big, so I went for a clinic consultation. They said that if I refined the cheekbones and jaw, the chin tip would also need slight trimming to make the line come out without unevenness ㅎ So I ended up getting all 3 parts +__+! lol
The swelling felt like it was going down noticeably until the 2-month mark, and around 3 months, I felt a clear difference~ I guess it’s true that swelling goes down differently for each person... lol
I made sure to get as much of the post-op care available at the clinic as possible! Even if they provide a lot of aftercare... if I couldn’t make time for it ㅠㅠ it was no use ㅠ They say facial contouring also takes longer to recover from than other areas... so I tried my best to recover as quickly as possible~
The discomfort when opening my mouth had also almost fully recovered by around 6 months, so personally, I think that by about 6 months, I was almost fully recovered ㅎ
I’m now at 10 months, and as you can see in the photos, the line is clean, and you can clearly see the difference compared with my previous face shape ㅎㅎ
Honestly, in the beginning, because of the swelling... I really couldn’t tell at all whether the contouring had turned out properly or not lol They say facial contouring surgery shows changes over time... and I guess that’s true
What do you think of the before and after~?
