I had an upper canthoplasty (they said they cut the upper skin; probably they made an incision only halfway along the upper part of the relatively front area of the eye) + buried suture method + ptosis correction. I had the stitches removed after one week and was very satisfied. It turned out natural enough that people wouldn’t know unless I told them, my eyes got much bigger, and of course my ptosis disappeared too. But after using it well for 3 years, one side recently came undone....
