I had been extremely stressed about my face shape since I was young, so in my early 20s I immediately looked into clinics and chose one where I could have the surgery safely. Somehow, 10 years have already passed.
First, before surgery I looked up a lot about side effects and things to be careful about (such as cheek sagging). Looking at it now, 10 years later, I do have a little bit of cheek sagging, but before surgery I had no cheek fat at all and my face was a tight square shape, so if anything, it’s playing a role in making my impression look better(?)
I was lucky like this and have been living without any issues so far, without lifting or other procedures, but for those considering surgery, I really hope you decide after considering whether, 10 years later, when you age and lose elasticity, your cheek fat and overall face shape will be able to withstand gravity and settle well with your current appearance!
