Among these, one is a private clinic, and the others have two or more directors. First, I searched through a lot of nose surgery reviews in my own way and looked into places that had the kind of nose look I wanted. I liked a nose style right between natural and glamorous, so I booked consultations and went around. But the problem is that I'm debating whether to have osteotomy or not.. Some places said my nasal bones are a bit thick and told me to decide selectively myself whether to do osteotomy.. Other places said osteotomy is necessary to get the line I want, so they strongly recommended it... I don't have a hump; I just have a bulbous nose. But I don't want an overly slim look. Even if there is some bone structure, I like a high and natural look. Would it be better to do osteotomy or not.. Among people who had bulbous nose surgery, is there anyone here who had osteotomy?
