Review of Ptosis Correction, Full-Incision Double Eyelid Surgery, and Epicanthoplasty

Before and after A month ago, I had ptosis correction + double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty with Director Kim Gunwoo at The Face in Busan! I had double eyelids that were on the larger side naturally, but over time they got buried under the upper eyelid fat, and I also had slight ptosis. Since I opened my eyes using my forehead, I got forehead wrinkles and developed a habit of lifting my chin, which was so uncomfortable. After learning that ptosis correction was the way to fix this, I also had epicanthoplasty at the same time to shorten the distance between my eyes, which I had always been unhappy with. I went to the hospital and director through a friend’s recommendation. The hospital facilities were spacious and clean, and the atmosphere was good too. Everyone was kind. During the consultation, the director didn’t over-treat at all and really listened to my opinions. He carefully did a final check of the line right up until before I lay down on the operating table, and I’m very satisfied with the result. There’s still a lot of swelling, but they say incisional surgery can take up to a year to fully settle, so it should go down nicely, right?!
