Had a consultation with Director ㄱㅈㅎ. I wanted to have it done by Director ㅂㅇ, but was turned down because they only do revision surgery and not first-time surgery. During the consultation with the director, they recommended only double eyelid surgery and, as an option, something like epicanthoplasty, but when the consultant came in, eye shape correction and fat repositioning were included within the double eyelid surgery, so I was taken aback.
They told me that if the crease height is low, it should be done with the buried suture method, and if it is high, it should be done with incisional surgery. For the friend who came with me, they said only incisional surgery was possible. They clearly said that buried sutures would come undone, so they would not do it.
For post-op care, they said disinfection + stitch removal would be done on days 1/3/7, and that I would see both the director + consultant at 1/3/6 months.
