My current nose is bulbous, long, and has a hump. I wanted functional + cosmetic rhinoplasty, and I wanted a slim, refined look with a softly rounded nasal tip.
1. ㅂㄴㄴ Director Choi ㅇㅊ The hospital was clean and the consultant was kind. Bulbous nose correction + columella trimming + raising the nasolabial angle + lifting the nasal tip + because donor rib cartilage might be used during surgery, there would be an additional fee for donor rib cartilage. They said they couldn’t know the exact price for the functional nose part right away, but said it would be about 1 million won. AS is 1 year. Honestly, it was the first hospital I went to early in the morning, so I went without much pressure, but they explained things well, so it was good. Not bad.
2. ㅇㅇㅂ Director Ma ㅅㅎ Actually, this is a hospital I had been to once before, but while looking into it again this time, I went again. There was a 10,000 won re-consultation fee. The consultant was kind, but maybe because it’s a large hospital, the wait was soooo long. Decided on nasal bridge (silicone), nasal tip (donor rib cartilage), osteotomy, bulbous nose, long nose, and functional nose surgery. AS 1 year. The cost was okay too, and there was no pressure to book on the same day. I’m thinking of doing it here.
3. ㅋㅂㅈ Director Hyun ㅅㅁ This place was also clean and the consultant was kind. But when I showed the doctor the photo of what I wanted, he laughed a lot saying it was a retouched nose, so I felt embarrassed.. The doctor said I’m young, so he would prefer not to put in an implant. He said he would correct the nasal tip, fill the glabella based on the height of the hump, remove fat from the nostril wing area? and do functional nose surgery. But I wanted to shave down the hump, so hmm… AS 3 years. The price wasn’t bad either, but I felt like if I did it here, there wouldn’t be much difference before and after.
4. ㄹㅂㄹ Director Yoon ㅅㅇ The director here finished surgery late, so I waited a really long time. But he was kind and explained things the easiest. He also explained in detail why my nose looks big (my lower face is too short, so the midface looks long and makes the nose look big)). The consultant also recommended chin-tip filler. AS 1 year. Basic nose + bulbous nose correction, using donor rib cartilage. The director was good. The review photos here were pretty too.
