I lowered the line with line-lowering double eyelid revision, but I really don’t want to put on makeup. I’m only planning to apply cushion foundation and lipstick, but do I really have to wait 3 months before getting an eyebrow tattoo? I want to shorten the time I spend doing makeup in the morning.
