Can he just get under-eye fat removal instead of lower blepharoplasty? From what I can see, there doesn’t seem to be much sagging, and only the fat looks a bit thick. People around me recommended Sinsa L and Dr. Born. Are those clinics okay? Since I have to take my dad, I really hope they’re professional and examine him thoroughly and in detail. There are so many plastic surgery clinics that just do consultations carelessly..
