What’s even more shocking is that this was after getting my nose done 3 years ago.. Because of my long nose + arrow-shaped nose, I wanted a glamorous nose with the nasal tip lifted so my face could look shorter. I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, and on the day the splint was removed, after treatment, the director showed me the before-and-after photos and compared them for me. He said the inside of my nose had really been a mess, so he had a bit of a hard time It felt like the first round of fat grafting disappeared a little faster than other people’s (probably because I originally have a habit of not eating properly) so I recently went in and got the second round too This time I’m really going to take good care of it and maintain the volume for a long, long time!! I also had fat grafting once 6 years ago, so this is my second time, but I think my satisfaction is higher now because I did it together with my nose. Everyone, seriously, the nose and fat grafting are a set.. I don’t even need to say it twice
