I had nose surgery three years ago, but over time my nostrils started to look lifted, making my nose look upturned. I had researched it very thoroughly back then, so I thought I would not need revision surgery, but whether it is clinic-by-clinic or person-by-person, I ended up being one of those who needed a revision. My confidence has dropped so much that I wear a mask everywhere, and whenever I meet people, I feel like they are only looking at my nose. I feel like I am going to develop social anxiety :( Since I now feel I need revision surgery, I started looking into it. The surgeon I chose seemed most likely to fulfill what I wanted. At some other clinics, they flatly said that what I wanted was impossible, but this surgeon explained that it was possible to go this far. The explanations were also extremely thorough, which I really liked. It was very stressful that my nostrils were visible from the front, so I mainly looked for a surgeon experienced with difficult noses who could preserve the shape without letting the tip drop. They even asked whether I had any other questions and consulted with me in an unpressured atmosphere, so I was extremely grateful. It seems to have taken me more than a month just to search for this clinic and gather information online lol I thought I would be able to look into clinics quickly since I had already gone through the process once before, but because this was revision surgery, I chose carefully after much more deliberation.
