Review of alar reduction + nasal tip cartilage suturing

It's been a little over 8 months since the surgery, and I really liked the alar reduction. I liked the nasal tip cartilage suturing too. First of all, my friend had it done somewhere else and was left with a lot of scarring, you know? But I don't have much scarring, so I think that was good. I may just be the type who scars less, but anyway, there wasn't much scarring. But as for nasal tip cartilage suturing, since it's not really a full proper nose surgery, I think I don't recommend it. If you have surgery later, it can become a revision surgery, and scar tissue can form too, so it may be nice at first, but if you get more ambitious later, it costs a lot. So if you're going to do it, I think you should just do alar reduction and think carefully about nasal tip cartilage suturing!!
