Before<before>After<after>I didn’t visit that many clinics, but I had it done at the place I felt most confident about. Since I do have somewhat of a nasal bridge, I had surgery to only shave down the hooked hump and raise the nasal tip and columella. Many other places said I absolutely needed an implant to raise the bridge, but only this place suggested a different plan: removing the hump, then working on the nasal tip + columella together. It felt the least burdensome and most natural.
For the nasal tip, I had cartilage repositioning, and septal cartilage was used for the columellar strut. In the end, it came out very clean and nice. At first, I was slightly worried that my nose might become much lower after shaving down the hump, but I’m relieved that the line seems to have been shaped well without looking excessive. More than anything, I’m satisfied because the shape of the nasal tip came out much better than I expected. Even during the consultation at Yonsei Saint, I felt the consultation style was different, including meeting the director first, and as expected, I think it’s different because it’s a nose-specialized clinic.
People around me have been telling me a lot that it turned out really well, so my self-esteem has gone up a lot too, and I’ve been living satisfied after surgery.
