To start with the conclusion:
1. I was satisfied. 2. Honestly, since I didn’t diet, the effect wasn’t dramatic. 3. But my lower belly definitely disappeared ㄷㄷ
I’m the type who has a lot of visceral fat in my upper abdomen, and although my body type usually goes back and forth between chubby and overweight overall, I didn’t originally have belly fat.

Right now I’m only controlling what I eat, but since the weather has been getting cooler lately, I’m thinking of trying to exercise a bit.
The price came out to around 1.5 million won. I got it at the lowest abdominal price + aftercare included.
I don’t know about other clinics, but at 365, they basically proceed with prices that include aftercare.
Honestly, for the price, just go to the clinic and get measured. The staff there measure you with InBody and a tape measure, then set the price according to that clinic’s system.
My abdomen came out to 1.5 million won, and I’m thinking of doing my thighs later in winter, but because of the thigh size, they quoted me in the 3 million won range.
As for side effects from the procedure, sometimes my abdomen tingles. It’s the kind of pain like a small static-electricity sting.
After getting the injections, I went to work as usual two days later.
The bruising went away in about 2 weeks, and right after the procedure, the skin becomes like loose hide, as if all the collagen has been drained out.
Will it stay like this forever?
I worried about that too, but as time passed, it went back to normal. Whew~
What was inconvenient after the procedure was that the solution kept leaking out for a long time, so I had to keep paying attention to it.
Later, while I was working at the office, I looked and my clothes were... stained with the solution.
But of all things, the solution was red, so in an instant I looked like someone who had been through something serious ㅋㅋ
Anyway, right now I’m being careful not to gain weight. Even if I’m not dieting, it would be a big problem if I gained more.
I think I lost about 2-3 kg.
My weight is all concentrated in my butt and thighs, so the weight change wasn’t dramatic.
